If you give our service a try and decide it’s not for you, simply cancel within 30 days and you’ll receive every rupee of your membership fee back. You can ask for a cancellation of your subscription and full refund by sending a mail to [email protected]. You do not have to give any reason, we respect your right to stop using our service.
Cancellation is available for 30 days from the date of the subscription (inclusive). We will make a full refund when you cancel.
The refund will be made through the same mode of payment through which you paid.
We will make the refund to your bank (or other payment intermediary) within five working days (exclusive) of receiving the cancellation request. Your bank (or other payment intermediary) may take a further period of time to credit the refund to you.
You can cancel only once. If you subscribe again, the cancellation facility will not be available.
