Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you give our service a try and decide it's not for you, simply cancel within 30 days from the date of your subscription (inclusive), and you'll receive every rupee of your membership fee back. You can request a cancellation and full refund by sending an email to [email protected]. You don't have to give any reason; we respect your right to stop using our service.

Please note, this 30-day membership fee refund guarantee facility is available only once per client. If you subscribe again after cancelling, this particular facility will not be available.

In line with SEBI regulations, if our services are terminated prematurely after the initial 30-day period, whether by you or by us, you will be entitled to a refund of a proportionate amount of the fees (exclusive of applicable taxes) for the unexpired service period.

Please note that all fees are inclusive of applicable taxes, such as GST, which are charged as per prevailing laws. If the service is terminated within six (6) months of the subscription date, applicable taxes paid shall also be refunded on a pro-rata basis along with the fees. However, if termination occurs after six (6) months, taxes once paid shall not be refundable, and only the proportionate fees (excluding taxes) shall be refunded.

For all eligible refunds, the refund will be made through the same mode of payment through which you paid. We will initiate the refund to your bank (or other payment intermediary) within five working days (exclusive) of receiving the cancellation request. Please be aware that your bank (or other payment intermediary) may take a further period of time to credit the refund to your account.
